Warm-up

Basic Bounce: Lift the heels of your feet off the rebounder and press the balls of your feet into the mat to begin.

Roll Ankles: Warm up your ankles and feet by rotating your ankles in each direction.

Heel to Glutes: Lean to one leg and raise the other leg back until its heel touches your glutes. Repeat for both legs.

Tapping Heel Steps: Step to one side and bring the other leg inside, raising your knee until you can tap your heel with your other arm.

Side and Across Punches: Step out to the side of the rebounder as you punch to your side twice. Then take the same arm you punched with, and bring it across your body in a punch as you bring your other leg up, twice.

Heel Kicks & Jumping Jacks: Jump and raise your arms above your head as you tap your heels together before landing and jumping again. Do this 4 times, then do 4 jumping jacks.

Side and Across Punches: Step out to the side of the rebounder as you punch to your side twice. Then take the same arm you punched with, and bring it across your body in a punch as you bring your other leg up, twice.
